Eric Jenkins - A.W.A.N.A Commander for Spring
I joined Believer's Fellowship in October 1989 and I gave my life to the Lord in April 1990. I started serving in Youth Ministry shortly thereafter. I served as a Sunday School Teacher for 2nd through 5th grade and as the Crossfire Director until the Fall of 1995. At that time, my wonderful wife Tammy and I began the AWANA Ministry along with some other dedicated volunteers.
Tammy and I have been the Commander and Club Director for 15 years. Our vision is to reach the Children of the community through the administration and delivery of the Gospel of Christ and Equip them to serve Jesus and reach others through scripture memorization. Our goal is to ensure both the safety and spirtual growth of the children is guarded and to support the family structure to enable the positive influence of Jesus.
