A.W.A.N.A's
This ministry is for boys and girls ages 3 through the sixth grade. AWANAS meets from 6:00 – 8:00 PM every Sunday night, except for the last Sunday of the month (Family Night) during the months of September through May. Kids come together to learn scripture verses, play games, and hear a challenge from the word of God.
The AWANA Club at Believers Fellowship runs September through May and meets on Sunday nights from 5:45 to 8:00pm except the last Sunday of the month.
Our AWANA clubs are:
Cubbies: 3, 4 and 5 year-olds (age 3 by September 1)
Sparks: Kindergarten through 2nd Grade
Truth & Training (TNT): 3rd Grade through 6th Grade
Our AWANA club meetings consist of three parts: games, council time and handbook time. We want to work with you in providing balanced physical, social, mental and spiritual activities for your child.
To support the program we ask that each clubber bring weekly dues of $1 /wk.
AWANA stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed - taken from 2 Timothy 2:15 "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
AWANA is a ministry for children ages 3 years old through children in grade 6.
